RESERVATION SUPERVISOR

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. The candidate should be passionate of service and willing to grow professionally

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • The candidate will manage bookings according to company policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct;
  • Effectively use up-selling and cross-selling techniques;
  • Use appropriate product description techniques;
  • Follow-up with written e-mail offers and confirmations according to our standards;
  • Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues.

Competencies required

  • Communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and written)
  • Ability to control and express ones’ emotions and to handle interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to successfully work together united within a group whilst showing respect and willing to share information and skills. Be willing to grow.
  • Demonstrate pride in delivering exceptional and consistent high levels of service to our Guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
  • Be willing to learn new skills and keep up to date with developments in the department
  • Exceptional problem solving ability

We require: 

  • Fluent in Italian and English written and spoken (the knowledge of a third language is a major plus)
  • Must have previous experience in similar role in 5* hotel (minimum 3 years)
  • Self-motivated and target driven;
  • Must have experience with Protel ideally and SynXis as Channel Manager

FRONT OFFICE AGENT

Responsible for professionally greeting Guests in and out of the hotel in a courteous and efficient manner, assisting Guests as needed and knowledgeably sell the hotel, its services and amenities. The Candidate must have excellent telephone etiquette and be able to handle heavy volume calls. Must be able to handle cash efficiently and possess computer skills.
