Our Menus


Giovanni Gagliardo, a chef from Pagani, a town close to Salerno, boasts experience at Michelin-starred restaurants. From the land of volcanoes to the peaks of the Dolomites, the Chef retrace his path between local tradition and Mediterranean culture through menus where tradition meets innovation. At the center of his cuisine, there are the ingredients of the territory, from small producers in Cortina and the surrounding area, selected with the intention of valorizing more unknown and eco-sustainable realities.


The Restaurant is bounded by a glazed pavillon that allows breathtaking views over the alpine landscape. The elegant and refined atmosphere mekes the place ideal location for romantic candlelight dinners and memorable experiences.


A large “opus incertum” dolomite stone wall separates the lounge area from the Bistrot, which is a cozy, quiet and intimate space that welcomes Guests in the genuine atmosphere of an informal luxury scenario.

Lounge Bar

The Lounge with the Bar and the enameled lava stone stove is inspired to the traditional local Dolomite house. In the cozy atmosphere of the Lounge, perception of time elapses and the warmth of the stove embraces our Guests with unique getaways.


Our outdoor terrace overlooking the magnificent scenario of the Dolomites is the perfect place to escape from the routine and enjoy a break starting from breakfast to happy hour. The terrace is also privatizable for unique events!
